I am writing to pass along some news regarding my practice and my family.
My husband has finished his internal medicine training and will be starting an infectious disease fellowship training program at the University of Texas in Houston in July. We will be temporarily relocating with our son, Thomas, for the course of this 2 year training and my leave starts June 15th.
This decision was not made lightly. It has been a great pleasure providing for your healthcare needs at Lentz Eye Care. I hope that you will find a home with our staff and doctors and that you will continue to allow them to serve your needs until my return. Dr. Tom Lentz, Dr. Mandy Longoria and Dr. Kate Hamm will be seeing my patients over the next two years. It is with great confidence that I can say you will be in competent hands (even if their jokes are not as good as mine).
Thank you for trusting me with your vision. Your loyalty and friendship mean the world to me. I value our relationship and look forward to seeing you in two years at Lentz Eye Care.
