Spicy Chicken Tacos for a Crowd

4   chicken breasts, cut into 1" strips

kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2  tsp. chili powder

2  tsp. cumin

 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

 1/4 tsp. paprika

 1/4 tsp. cayenne

8   corn tortillas, warmed

 1/2  red onion, thinly sliced

1   tomato, diced

1  c. Shredded Monterey Jack

1   avocado, diced

sour cream

cilantro

Lime wedges
