How To Make Seven-Layer Bean Dip
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, mash together avocados, lime juice, cilantro and salsa until blended. Season with garlic salt and pepper to taste. Set aside as the guacamole layer of the dip.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Set aside as the sour cream layer of the dip.
4. Spread refried beans evenly in an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread sour cream mixture over the refried beans in an even layer. Top with guacamole layer followed by tomatoes, green onions, cheese blend and black olives in layers. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly around edges of dish. Serve warm with tortilla chips or use as a filling for tacos or burritos!

  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives - drained and finely chopped
